Warm Gentle 80° Warm Gentle is a slower moving class with mindful, gentle variations. Classes will be taught with individual attention for proper prop usage and variations that will help each student find their way into each asana (pose.) This class will open and soothe the body while beginning the practice of quieting the mind. This is a beautiful class for both Yoga Beginners and those who just want a more gentle practice. |

Warm DHARMA 80° Recharge. Renew. Rejuvenate. Dharma Yoga is a style of yoga created by Sri Dharma Mittra. This style of Yoga is rooted in Hatha Raja traditions. Our Dharma Yoga classes are led by trained Dharma Yoga Teachers. Postures are each given 3-5 (or more) breaths helping students to get deeper into the practice physically and metaphysically. Multiple variations will be given within many postures allowing this practice to be accessible and suitable to beginners through advanced practitioners. The extended hold times give the practitioners a chance to fine tune the postures while at the same time getting an intense workout and spiritual experience. Dharma Yoga helps strengthen the joints, stabilizing muscles and spiritual fibers. |

Hot HATHA 95° Hot Hatha begins with movement to warm the body and transitions into long, held postures. There will be options for various levels of deepening within many of the asanas allowing you to find the level of practice that you need each class. This class will be active but rests are always welcome where needed. Beginners will find this class to be a great (but active) class while students of all levels will appreciate the strength required to maintain each posture. This class will have a mixture of standing, seated and supine postures and is suitable for all levels of practice. |

Hot 26 105°+ Our Hot 26 Yoga classes will have you Sweating and Detoxed. They are suitable for all levels of ability. Each class consists of a set series of postures and breathing exercises. This sequence is designed to stretch and strengthen specific muscles, ligaments and joints required for successive postures and growth. Each posture will be held for a set number of breaths with guided, simple transitions between postures. The Original Hot Yoga sequence stimulates the organs, glands and nerves, by moving fresh oxygenated blood throughout the body. This class will restore the natural balance of the body's systems. Flexibility, core-strength and balance are just some of the benefits that participants can achieve. Students will also find that increased mental clarity and stress-reduction are byproducts of this classic hot yoga series. While this class is optimal for beginners it is also a lifelong practice. Students will be able to easily see advancements in their practice each class. |

Hot BLEND 95° Hot Blend is a Hatha - Vinyasa based class with a slower, flowing pace than our Power Flow. This class will have an emphasis on accessing a release of built up tension and stress. This class begins with warmups and breath work before moving into held postures which move from pose to pose. Holding postures enables students to focus on alignment and breath, with the challenge of keeping the Mind focused throughout. Flowing posture to posture encourages control, placement and awareness. Beginners will find this class to be a great (but active) class while students of all levels will appreciate the strength required to maintain each posture. This class will have a mixture of standing, seated and supine postures and is suitable for all levels of practice. |

Yin 1 75° Yin Yoga consists of a series of slower-paced poses held for longer periods of time. In Yin 1 poses are held anywhere from 3 minutes to 5 minutes per pose. This class will compliment your yang-like Flow Yoga or Original Hot Yoga practice by giving your body a chance to stretch in a different, highly effective way. Yin Yoga applies moderate stress to the connective tissues (the tendons, fascia, and ligaments) with the aim of increasing circulation in these joints & improving flexibility. |

Restorative 75° Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. This practice is meant to be blissful and an opportunity for full surrender. Each posture is supported by props (bolsters, blocks and blankets) to enhance and deepen the experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release. This beautiful practice will grant balance to an active practice and / or lifestyle. |

Hot Moving Meditation 95° This class is fueled with sheer energy and bliss consisting of intelligent & creative sequencing, breath linked flow, and dynamic mindfully placed movements. The asanas vary from class to class but always include a variety of breath-centered pratapana (warm-ups), standing pose sequences, heart opening backbends, cleansing twists and introversion focused forward bends. This practice is focused around having a purpose and a placement to each movement and asana (posture). These classes contain an intelligent pratapana (warm-up) and a purposeful experience which will guide students to their best practice. Each class holds a purpose that can be taken off the mat and into your day to day existence. This open level class, while active, will offer options for both beginner and experienced practitioners alike; please honor your experience as you test your edges in this class. |

SPA Yoga SPA Yoga is a slow-flow, floor-based, whole-body sensory experience. In this all levels class you will be guided through a mindful practice engaging all of the senses. Starting with Pranayama, and then moving through postures that progressively open the body and focus the mind. Gently building heat, and offering gentle assists and massage throughout the class, we will prepare for longer holds and deeper stretches on the floor. Class will end with an extended guided savasana, as you immerse yourself in newly recovered space in both body and mind. With candlelight, soothing music, and the element of touch, be prepared to feel like you just stepped out of the SPA! |

Aerial 75° Ready to get airborne? Aerial Yoga offers those new to aerial to get their feet off the ground and become familiar with the aerial silk. Our aerial classes are very beginner friendly and fun for everyone. This unique style of yoga, you’ll explore some familiar shapes and postures in new planes helping you bend a bit deeper and invert with ease. After a centering warm up, you’ll move through poses that will build upper body & core strength, You’ll cool down with some restorative stretches and perhaps one of the most blissful savasanas floating in the silk. |

Dharma Yoga Wheel Class 75° Free Spirits Yoga is the home of the Dharma Yoga Wheel and is where the founder and creator of the original yoga wheel, Raquel Vamos teaches. We have a unique class featuring the Dharma Yoga Wheel as well as always having them available to use in other classes as well. This prop helps people to open the upper back, shoulders and hip flexors. It is a great class for all athletes including runners, bikers, Jiu-jitsu practitioners, climbers and more! This prop make yoga accessible for everyone. |
