Here at Free Spirits Yoga we offer many different types of workshops and events. Whether it's inversion workshops, Reiki, nutritional awareness, Meditative, Pranayama for specific goals, Satsang, creative potential and art workshops, bowing workshops, Moon circles and Dharma Yoga visiting teacher workshops we have something for everyone. We also have group trips and traveling opportunities. All of which are designed to help with reaching ones potential in yoga, life, and of expanding awareness of self.
