Our most popular offering, this class is fueled with sheer energy and bliss consisting of intelligent & creative sequencing, breath linked flow, and dynamic mindfully placed movements. The asanas vary from day to day but always include a variety of breath-centered pratapana (warm-ups), standing pose sequences, heart opening backbends, cleansing twists and introversion focused forward bends. the class culminates in a shared savasana and the vibrations of a collective aum. this open level class will offer options for both beginner and experienced practitioners alike; please honor your experience as you test your edges in this class. each teacher brings their own style.

WARM BEGINNER

CLASS Info
A beginner focused class that will move slower and break down different elements of yoga to set you up for success! While it’s not necessary to begin with this class, it is a nice way to get started with us! For those students who feel open level classes are overwhelming, this is a perfect way to transition in. For those with an active practice, a great way to get back to "basics" and solidify into your more active classes. expect pranayama (breath) and asana (posture) practice along with alignment cues and a slower pace within transitions to allow students time to explore alignment within each pose. Options will be given throughout for those who feel like they want to go deeper.

HOT DETOX

This detoxing class will utilize heat and humidity along with long sustained poses to create a detoxing, deep stretch. Poses will be broken down and given ground to top cueing to stress proper alignment creating a mind-body connection through awareness. like all classes it will contain breath-centered pratapana (warm-ups), standing pose sequences, heart opening backbends, cleansing twists and introversion focused forward bends. the class culminates in a shared savasana and the vibrations of a collective aum.

AERIAL ANTI-GRAVITY YOGA

CLASS Info
Aerial yoga joins traditional yoga and aerial hammocks creating an integrated practice using the hammock to partially or fully support the body in traditional yoga postures. Aerial yoga classes flow between floor and aerial postures promoting strength, power, freedom, relaxation and grace. No experience is necessary, all students are welcome.

Proper Hygiene is a must for Aerial Yoga! Please refrain from wearing heavy scents and oils. All participants are required to wear short or long sleeves. No tank tops are allowed! Jewelry must be removed prior to class. Namaste!

AERIAL RESTORAVTIVE

Registration is required, limited spots available. This restorative class uses hammocks along with other props to create a gentle invitation for the body to relax, let go, and surrender. This class is extremely beneficial to all students but especially those with compression injuries. By surrendering the hammock, new space will be created within the body. This restorative class will end with a floating savasana with singing bowl meditation.

PADDLE BOARD YOGA
all levels
CLASS Info
No experience in yoga or paddle boarding is required. We highly recommend wet shoes as the entrance is rocky. Most students wear a bathing suit with shorts or capris and a tank over. Don't forget a towel for after... just in case! Please give your proper email address upon registration as in the event of inclement weather (including high wind!) We will contact you via email. Pre-registration is required and we have limited rentals so be sure to register ahead of time. If you are bringing your own board, you will also need an anchor as well. make sure your board has a proper surface and size for yoga!
